The Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) International Building Materials Exhibition takes place from 14-18 June 2023 at the VISKY EXPO Exhibition Centre in Vietnam. The scale of the exhibition includes 2,500 booths, 1,800 exhibitors and 25,000 Square metres, making it the largest and professional exhibition for the building materials industry in Southeast Asia! Guangxi Guoxu Dongteng wood-based Panel Co.,Ltd. is one of the six wood-based panel companies of Guangxi Forestry Industry Group Co., Ltd. and is located in the industrial concentration area of Teng County, Guangxi. It was incorporated in 2019. The company has advanced production line for MDF (high) density fibreboard, with the production equipment being Dieffenbacher continuous presses and ANDRITZ hot mills, etc. The main products are “Gaolin” brand MDF with a thickness of 9-40mm and an annual output of 350,000m³. engraving and milling HDF of Guangxi Dongteng wood-based Panel Co.,Ltd. is the company’s advantageous product, the product is specially used for deep milling, carving process of fibreboard, specifically for cabinet doors, handicraft production and other high quality requirements of the use.
The production process is based on the fine control of the fibres and the use of urea-formaldehyde resin and MDI aldehyde-free glue, depending on the customer’s requirements for environmental performance. The hot pressing lay-up process finely controls the stability of the transverse and longitudinal densities of the panels, and with the addition of steam spray steaming or microwave heating systems, the performance of the product is more stable after hot pressing.
The density of the product is 800g/cm3 and above, the density deviation within the board is small, the internal bond strength and static bending strength are high, the dimensional stability is good, the surface of the board is sanded and treated with a high degree of finish, the melamine paper finish is flat and flawless afterwards. The surface of the panels is fine after grooving, milling and other processing, no rough edges, no chipping and no deformation. HDF meets the requirements of the Vietnamese market for exporting density boards for cabinets to Europe and America. It is highly appreciated.
